Job Description
Join Helping Hands Family as a Clinical Director, where you'll lead clinic operations, support a dedicated team, and ensure high-quality ABA services. With a focus on fostering a positive culture, you'll play a key role in mentoring professionals and enhancing client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
Review and supervise clinical programs and behavior intervention plans
Provide supervision, training, and support to team members
Promote positive interactions with clients and families
Coach and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and labor laws
Participate in budgeting and financial progress monitoring
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a BCBA
Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
BCBA Certification
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Previous medical billing and EMR experience
