Job Description

Join Helping Hands Family as a Clinical Director, where you'll lead clinic operations, support a dedicated team, and ensure high-quality ABA services. With a focus on fostering a positive culture, you'll play a key role in mentoring professionals and enhancing client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations
  • Review and supervise clinical programs and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to team members
  • Promote positive interactions with clients and families
  • Coach and mentor BCBAs and RBTs
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and labor laws
  • Participate in budgeting and financial progress monitoring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a BCBA
  • Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field
  • BCBA Certification
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Previous medical billing and EMR experience
