Requirements:

AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (prior to start)

5+ yrs Med-Surg/Tele or 3 yrs Tele

Prior travel (2 completed assignments in 300+ bed hospital or UVMHN experience)

EPIC in past 2 years – required

Other Details:

No block scheduling; IVS to offer

Complete work history required; explain gaps >90 days

Personal vehicle required (no public transport); snow tires Nov–Apr
