Job Description
Join UniFirst as a Sales Training Specialist to design and enhance training programs for sales personnel. Engage in writing and developing materials, facilitate training sessions, and support continuous improvement initiatives while enjoying generous benefits and a family-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate or support Sales and Sales Management training programs
Revise, update, and maintain training materials
Assist with Regional and National Sales Meetings
Assess and propose enhancements for field Selling activities
Organize and maintain training support product inventories
Support field requests and needs
Improve Sales Training Department’s infrastructure
Work with training technologies and delivery methods
Provide creative support for publication projects
Writing, editing, and proofreading in professional styles
Up to 50% travel required
Special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
College Degree preferred
Minimum 1 year training and/or 1 year of New Account Field Sales experience
1 year Sales Management experience preferable
Very strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong software competencies, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to pursue Competent Toastmaster (CTM) rating
