 Responsibilities -  Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management. 
 -  Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. 
 -  Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system. 
 -  Support health education, wellness initiatives, and quality improvement efforts. 
 
 Qualifications -  Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine 
 -  Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical License
