The Director of Recruitment for Tatum’s Financial Projects Group plays a crucial role in talent acquisition and client relationship management. This position involves full cycle recruitment responsibilities, from sourcing candidates to maintaining strategic partnerships with clients, ensuring optimal talent placement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strategic partnerships with existing and prospective clients.
Research and analyze market conditions and available talent.
Assess job openings and draft job postings.
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for submission to clients.
Prepare candidates for client interviews and provide feedback.
Perform compensation analyses and extend competitive offer packages.
Ensure compliance with hiring processes and EEO laws.
Oversee hiring, coaching, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Minimum two years of sales, marketing and/or recruiting experience
Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work within a team environment
Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to qualify and close deals
Assertive and ambitious with strong persuasion/negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience and/or background in Finance or Accounting strongly preferred
