Job Description
Join ABF Freight as a Local CDL-A Truck Driver in Madison, WI, where you'll enjoy home daily routes, competitive pay, and excellent benefits. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient pickup and delivery of cargo, while operating a forklift and adhering to all safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload cargo
Perform check-in, tractor/trailer inspection, and setup
Exercise independent judgment in trailer management
Complete routine paperwork and log loading sheets
Operate a forklift as needed
Required Qualifications
Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker, and hazardous materials endorsements
Minimum 21 years of age
Good stable work record
Safe driving record
Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
Meet DOT medical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience
