Job Description
Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Customer Sales Account Manager. You'll drive sales growth by engaging potential customers, creating tailored solutions, and establishing strong partnerships. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can thrive and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to non-ordering prospects or existing customers to drive new business and sales growth.
Create and present custom pricing solutions to potential high growth customers.
Leverage education contracts to acquire new education customers or drive growth for existing ones.
Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members based on sales qualifiers.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics.
Maintain accurate records in CRM, including activity logs and pipeline.
Seek ways to improve and apply coaching.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
1+ years of sales or other relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Proven acquisition, sales, or account management experience
