  • Report financial measures and transactions
  • Manage inventory supply
  • Complete Quality Control Calls on lease agreements
  • Protect store assets and reconcile inventories
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates
  • Schedule associate coverage for store operations
  • Close lease agreements with focus on customer service
  • Manage renewal activity
  • Authorize returns with customer relationship focus
  • Execute customer service programs and policies
