Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and support K–12 special education students in Minneapolis–Saint Paul. You will assist teachers, provide academic and behavioral support, and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience working with children
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
