Key Responsibilities
Manage the Strategic Right-sourcing Program across Revenue Cycle Management
Oversee outsourcing vendor relationships, managing risk, value, and performance
Develop and implement PFS improvement initiatives
Align and supplement existing Vendor Management policies
Analyze end-to-end revenue cycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.)
8-10 years related experience and/or training
5 years of experience with acute hospital/facility revenue cycle setting
Working knowledge of the Revenue Cycle spectrum: Patient Access, Coding, DNFB, Billing, Collections
In-depth working knowledge and experience with EPIC and Clearing houses
Prior experience creating and implementing enterprise controls for outsourcing vendor relationships
Ability to review and negotiate vendor agreements
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to form collaborative working relationships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Basic navigation of EPIC
Experience with Change Healthcare products (Relay Assurance)
Comfortable with Excel and its functions
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products
