Key Responsibilities
Train, schedule and supervise assigned staff in carrying out individual treatment plans
Conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans
Promote community integration
Develop and implement group and family education
Collaborate with primary Case Holder on Individual Plan of Service
Complete timely documentation of progress notes and evaluations
Monitor individual progress and maintain treatment records
Participate in interdisciplinary team and program development
Provide supervision for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or OT students
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree
Licensed by State of Michigan MS, OTR/L
Valid driver’s license
Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
