Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Lead Phlebotomist, where you will play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for screening donors, recording vital signs, and ensuring a safe donation experience. Key Responsibilities
Answer phones and greet donors
Screen new and repeat donors
Record donor vital signs and finger stick results
Maintain accurate records and prepare donor charts
Identify operational opportunities for improvements
Work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role
Preferred Qualifications
Fine motor coordination
Depth perception
Ability to hear equipment from a distance
