Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect clinical services to adults in need of mental health care
Conduct crisis assessments, intake assessments, individual and group therapy
Develop treatment plans and provide case management
Collaborate with community providers during treatment and discharge
Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
Required Qualifications
Masters degree
Connecticut licensure as LCSW, LADC, LPC, or LMFT
Valid drivers’ license with public passenger endorsement
Preferred Qualifications
Training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Familiarity with abuse and neglect reporting
Knowledge of community-based resources
Experience with pre-authorization and billing processes
