Job Description
AFC is seeking an Account Executive to strengthen relationships with independent auto dealers. You'll provide financing solutions while managing risk and driving revenue growth in your territory. This is an opportunity to be part of a passionate team committed to supporting customers' success.
Key Responsibilities
Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations
Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools
Grow the portfolio and assist in promotional efforts
Manage and service customer accounts while balancing risk
Drive new growth opportunities and manage existing accounts
Embrace a culture of supporting others' success
Required Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to frequently travel 50-75% within the market
Experience managing multiple tasks with a focus on productivity
Sales expertise and problem resolution skills
Understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in required technology and mobile applications
High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
Preferred Qualifications
Previous auto industry or financial services experience
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Tableau
