Job Description
As a Traveling Project Manager at SAIIA Construction, you will oversee civil and construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires extensive travel and offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for Civil and Construction projects including change orders, procurement, and project schedule
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor construction progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Represent the company in client and subcontractor meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent related field
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with construction estimating software such as Hard Dollar
Knowledge of civil engineering design and construction methods
Understanding of mass grading, earthwork, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure requirements
Experience with job costing, scheduling and estimating contract changes
