Implement KinderCare's curriculum and State Pre-K requirements
Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to play and learn
Partner and communicate with parents to provide the best care and education
Support center’s success in enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Required Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre-K candidancy requirements
Meet state specific qualifications for the role
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Able to assume postures in low levels for physical and visual contact with children
Read, write, understand, and speak English
