Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding ADP products.
Use strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers.
Resolve issues and assist in the use of ADP products and systems.
Follow up and follow through on new projects, requests, and cases.
Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, and decide on a course of action.
Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance, and training.
Meet department standards and metrics.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of client service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare industry.
Experience with a high volume of email correspondence and a strong service mentality.
Understanding of employee benefit enrollment.
Ability to multitask and manage client service efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the benefit enrollment process.
Experience in customer service environments, such as waiting tables or enterprise settings.
