Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support and respond to inquiries regarding ADP products.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers.
  • Resolve issues and assist in the use of ADP products and systems.
  • Follow up and follow through on new projects, requests, and cases.
  • Ask relevant questions to define the root cause of a problem, generate solutions, and decide on a course of action.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clients and new associates by providing technical expertise, guidance, and training.
  • Meet department standards and metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of client service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with a high volume of email correspondence and a strong service mentality.
  • Understanding of employee benefit enrollment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client service efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the benefit enrollment process.
  • Experience in customer service environments, such as waiting tables or enterprise settings.
