Job Description
Join Avis Budget Group as a Customer Return Representative and play a key role in enhancing customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
Help customers return their rental cars
Meet and greet customers
Secure keys, record mileage, gas levels, and damage
Check cars into the computer system
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Drivers License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and drive various vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience
