Job Description
Join BJ's Wholesale Club as an Entry Level Optical Specialist, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to members while dispensing optical products. This position offers opportunities for growth in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Dispensing spectacles and optical products to patients
Verifying order data entry and ensuring prescription accuracy
Providing excellent member service in person and over the phone
Taking measurements and ensuring correct frame selection
Educating patients on available products and their benefits
Assisting with eyeglass adjustments and repairs
Maintaining club policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Licensed to work as an optician within the State
Strong interpersonal skills
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Open shift availability
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of optical products and business practices
High school diploma or college degree
Experience in big box wholesale, retail, and/or optical
