Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise food production activities and kitchen operations
  • Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef when unavailable
  • Conduct and supervise inventories
  • Monitor material consumption and order food and equipment
  • Participate in food product and menu development
  • Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Guide and develop subordinate employees
  • Implement and control the cost budget

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary Education or Equivalent Experience
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
  • Experience managing large-scale food prep
  • Skilled in managing food costs and daily inventory planning
  • High standards for food presentation, portioning, and cleanliness
  • Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Comfortable using kitchen technology and basic Microsoft Office tools
