Key Responsibilities
Supervise food production activities and kitchen operations
Assume responsibilities of Executive Chef when unavailable
Conduct and supervise inventories
Monitor material consumption and order food and equipment
Participate in food product and menu development
Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards
Guide and develop subordinate employees
Implement and control the cost budget
Required Qualifications
Culinary Education or Equivalent Experience
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant regulatory standards
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Experience managing large-scale food prep
Skilled in managing food costs and daily inventory planning
High standards for food presentation, portioning, and cleanliness
Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments
Comfortable using kitchen technology and basic Microsoft Office tools
