Job Description
The Business Development Manager for Fleet & Heavy Duty is responsible for driving sales growth and account management within Fleet and Government sectors. This role involves executing strategic initiatives, training local sales teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction, all while achieving sales targets and expanding NAPA's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand sales for Fleet/Government & Heavy-Duty accounts
Execute strategic initiatives and sales promotions
Complete registration of new MSA customers
Present and sell Fleet prospects on NAPA Elite Fleet program
Work closely with NAPA Fleet HQ and Commercial Operations Team
Achieve territory quotas on sales and new accounts
Host training meetings for local sales teams
Provide customer service to NAPA Fleet and Government accounts
Conduct periodic account reviews and manage key events
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of previous selling and account management experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Sales acumen
Strong communication and customer focus
Resilience and adaptability
Results orientation and financial acumen
Deep product knowledge
Technology proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience
