Key Responsibilities
Collect pertinent information and ensure a written physician order is received before exams.
Review and verify quality of images on PACS and complete necessary paperwork.
Educate patients and families about procedures to ensure understanding.
Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
Assist Radiologist/physician with patient exams and notify them of changes.
Required Qualifications
Radiographer certification from North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners (prior to start date)
ARRT Radiographer certification (within 6 months of start date)
Computed Tomography ARRT certification (within 24 months of start date)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA (within 90 days of start date)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
