Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you will be the face of the branch, helping customers achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions. This role emphasizes relationship-building and offers opportunities for career growth within a supportive community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting customer relationships and provide trusted advice
Assist customers with financial solutions and personal financial goals
Introduce customers to digital banking options
Collaborate with partners for complex financial needs
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Comply with SAFE Act requirements
Complete video interview assessment within 7 days
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
Spanish speaking preferred
