Job Description
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Comcast, you'll provide strategic account management and sales leadership for mid-market customers, focusing on revenue growth and customer satisfaction. You will develop account strategies, engage with clients to identify new opportunities, and ensure the delivery of excellent service while meeting sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly sales quota through identification and closing of incremental sales opportunities.
Engage customers to understand their changing business needs and identify upselling/cross selling opportunities.
Renew customer contracts to protect and grow existing revenue streams.
Maintain excellent knowledge of products/services and pricing practices.
Deliver proposed solutions to meet customer needs.
Manage customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales and retention opportunities.
Position and sell services across multiple organizational levels.
Manage existing revenue, sales opportunities, and forecasts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
7-10 years of relevant work experience
