As a Recruiter for Finance and Accounting at Randstad USA, you will play a critical role in matching client staffing needs with top talent. You'll proactively source candidates, manage the hiring process, and develop strong partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and talent success.
Key Responsibilities
Source active and passive candidates using various channels
Evaluate client talent requirements and align them with candidate skills
Manage the hiring and placement process
Research, identify, recruit, screen, interview, and select candidates
Develop and execute recruiting plans to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Prepare candidates for client interviews and present competitive offer packages
Stay informed about market trends and collaborate with Client Solutions Managers
Establish targeted business recruiting plans
Utilize social media platforms to enhance brand visibility
Manage the disciplinary process for talent and ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of business experience
1+ year in recruiting professional roles
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong understanding of business operations and/or office management best practices
Ability to work independently and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fields
CAP, PACE Certification
Previous experience in Finance & Accounting
Proven success using social media and online platforms to generate talent leads
