• Location: Lebanon, NH 03756 (New Hampshire healthcare jobs)
• Facility: Outpatient Surgery Center – Prep & Recovery
• Assignment Type: Travel RN contract
• Start Date: December 8, 2025 (flexible start: December 22)
• End Date: March 7, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (07:00 – 15:30)
• Hours per Week: 40 (guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,210 – $2,370

PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent PACU or post-anesthesia care experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient surgical setting

PACU RN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia in the Outpatient Surgery Center
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient status post-procedure
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety
