Job Description
Join CB2 as a Sales Team Leader and inspire your team to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service. Your leadership will cultivate a motivated sales floor and enhance the customer experience in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and model company core selling and customer service standards.
Achieve sales goals and customer service standards.
Train and develop associates on product knowledge and selling.
Manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Manager.
Support performance and development of designated associates.
Provide specific and timely feedback about performance.
Communicate regularly with the Assistant Manager about business results.
Coach associates on exceptional performance.
Maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards.
Exhibit competency in front/back of house processes.
Required Qualifications
Excellent reading and written language skills (English)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong proactive problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to set expectations and hold others accountable
Strong delegation skills in support of execution and driving results
Proven ability to build a culture focused on success and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience
Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends
