Key Responsibilities
Help individuals with personal hygiene
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Assist individuals who can have behavioral challenges
Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
Take initiative to help participants be part of the community
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
