Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician (TA) and support students with behavioral challenges in a structured classroom environment. This role allows you to make a significant impact while working closely with teachers and families to ensure student success.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff with academic adaptations and IEPs
Support students' self-care and social/behavioral needs individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Provide support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher OR passing score on the Paraeducator or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience working with children with special needs
