🩺 What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive care during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods.
• Perform nursing assessments, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care.
• Administer medications, maintain sterile technique, and perform pre-procedure safety checks.
• Apply critical thinking for managing complex patient situations and emergencies.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care instructions.
• Mentor and precept nurses and students to build a skilled workforce.
• Participate in performance improvement, staff training, and shared governance initiatives.

✅ Requirements

• Education: Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications:
  • Active RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact) – Required
  • BLS – Required
  • NRP – Required
  • ACLS – Required
  • PALS – Preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
