Job Description
Join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team as a Behavioral Health Clinician, providing essential treatment and support to youth aged 10 to 21 with significant behavioral health needs. You will engage families, develop care plans, and facilitate access to community services, making a meaningful impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to the child and their family/caregivers
Engage child/youth and family as active partners in developing care plans
Assess risk, develop safety plans and provide crisis intervention services
Actively participate as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Monitor appropriate discharge and ongoing care planning
Establish collaborative working relationships with community providers
Provide on-call after hour crisis intervention services
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience in providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
