Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and accurately record patient’s vital signs
• Document components of patient’s history in EHR
• Administer medications and treatments under direction
• Assess and document response to treatments
• Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff
• Participate in in-office procedures
• Perform diagnostic testing and document results
• Facilitate patient outcomes and quality metrics
• Prepare patient’s chart for clinical information
• Train and orient newly hired staff
