Key Responsibilities
Guide and motivate members through pre-designed full-body workouts
Help members set and achieve personal fitness goals
Ensure safe and effective form and provide corrections
Share knowledge of heart-rate-based training and stay updated on industry trends
Use and demonstrate all studio equipment
Be a supportive team player dedicated to member experience
Required Qualifications
AED/CPR certification
Current fitness certification or in process from an OTF-approved education entity
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of group fitness or personal training experience
