Key Responsibilities

• Determines appropriateness of prescribed therapies and goals based on patient condition.
• Performs evaluations, diagnostic tests, and therapeutic exercises to improve or maintain function.
• Instructs, motivates, and assists patients through exercise programs and physical therapy modalities.
• Administers treatments using physical agents, manual therapy, and traction when indicated.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation in accordance with departmental policy.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
