Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze tax queries and take corrective steps
  • Calculate retroactive tax and gross to net calculations
  • Review and balance W-2 files
  • Ensure tax data integrity for filing
  • Implement processing improvements
  • Provide support for escalated tax and accounting issues
  • Maintain employee master tax data
  • Process mass tax updates
  • Assist team leaders with complex payroll tax issues
  • Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree or comparable knowledge in payroll-related field
  • Minimum 3 years Payroll Tax experience
  • Strong attention to detail and execution
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • ADP experience
