Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical exams for a variety of customers including federal and defense
  • Perform occupational health exams including pre- and post-employment and annual physicals
  • Provide written medical opinions based on medical records
  • Conduct exams in unique settings such as homebound or event sites
  • Complete Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs)
  • Provide primary medical evaluations and interpret diagnostic studies
  • Document examinee records
  • Collaborate with other professionals and communicate with internal and client teams

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited university or college
  • Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • National Licensing with ANCC or AANP
  • Unrestricted medical licensure without limitations in the state of hire
  • Valid BLS OR ACLS certification
  • Ability to obtain DEA license
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in General Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate primary care experience
  • Ability to pass a medical clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government clearances

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience conducting occupational/disability medical examinations
