Job Description

Join Statewide Custom Cabinets of Florida as a Lead Cabinet Installer to oversee installations, ensure quality control, and lead a dedicated team. With at least 5 years of experience, you'll work on custom cabinetry projects in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry according to design specifications and blueprints
  • Lead and supervise a team of cabinet installers and apprentices on job sites
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Read and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and cabinet plans
  • Measure, mark, and modify cabinets or countertops as needed for a perfect fit
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure successful project completion
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues or unexpected onsite challenges
  • Track project progress
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional cabinet installation experience
  • Proven experience leading or supervising installation teams
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet construction, hardware, and finishing methods
  • Proficient with hand and power tools related to cabinet installation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) and work in physically demanding environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-end or custom cabinetry
  • Familiarity with woodworking or carpentry beyond installation
