Flamingo ARU is seeking a versatile clinician (PT, OT, SLP, or RN) to serve primarily as a Clinical Resource Specialist (CRS) with the ability to cover as a treating clinician if needed. This 13-week assignment begins September 1, 2025, covering for a full-time CRS on maternity leave.

Setting: 12-bed Inpatient Rehab, with possible float to LTACH.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience

Ability to perform both CRS duties and discipline-specific clinical care (if PT/OT/SLP)

RNs will assist in case management as needed but will not provide direct nursing care

Schedule: Monday–Friday, plus at least 2 weekend days per month.

EMR Systems: Linq, Prodoc, Protouch

Dress Code: Business casual with non-slip shoes when acting as CRS; black scrubs with non-slip, closed-toe shoes when performing clinical duties.

Location: Onsite parking available.
