Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff with academic adaptations and IEPs
Provide support to students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Offer timely support in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher or passing score on Paraeducator Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Experience working with children in a structured setting
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience with children
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
