Job Description

Join U.S. Renal Care as a Dialysis Facility Administrator, where you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with regulations. You will lead a team focused on growth, operational readiness, and staff development while making a significant impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall daily management and operation of the clinic
  • Develop and implement processes for program growth
  • Plan/coordinate patient scheduling
  • Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health
  • Achieve financial targets including budget and labor costs
  • Lead quality management programs and QAPI meetings
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise personnel

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Must meet applicable, specific state requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year previous dialysis management experience
