Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and collection of all premiums due
Timely follow-up and communication for any delinquent payments
Support operations for resolution of outstanding premium
Review and reconcile bordereaux payments
Maintain accurate communication within the ERP system
Provide supporting documentation for invoicing and collections queries
Conduct ad hoc requests as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
1+ year in collections
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of accounts receivable and experience in collections
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years in collections
PeopleSoft experience
