Job Description
As a Store Manager at Village Pantry, you will lead a team to drive store performance, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to motivate teams while managing all aspects of the store. Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store operations and performance
Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees
Perform all store employee duties including register operation and stocking
Coach team members to deliver excellent service
Recruit, hire, and train new team members
Manage inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising
Maintain high standards for safety and customer satisfaction
Control expenses and labor hours while achieving sales goals
Required Qualifications
Open availability to work any shift as needed
Valid driver's license
Access to a personal vehicle and proof of insurance
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Minimum age requirement: 18+ in certain states, 21+ in others
Preferred Qualifications
Retail or food management experience
