Key Responsibilities
Determine donor eligibility for plasma donation
Manage donor adverse events and review laboratory test results
Provide medical support under guidance of Center Physician
Support Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs
Manage employee incidents and evaluate further medical assistance needs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Currently licensed or certified EMT-Paramedic in the state of assignment
Current CPR and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy
Two years in a clinical or hospital setting
Preferred Qualifications
Satisfactorily complete the FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
