- 2 IM, 5 NPs, and 1 part time FM - Family Medicine Physician
- 1:5 office call only
- 36-40 hours a week
- Seeing many Amish people in the community - must be able to adapt to people from a different culture.
- These patients take your recommendations seriously, they are very compliant patients.
- Amish patients don't do like to do preventative care, can be complex patients.
- Great bedside manner needed.
