Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
Obtain and record vital signs
Document resident interactions and care outcomes
Assist with meals and create a positive dining experience
Communicate changes in resident's condition to the charge nurse
Maintain cleanliness and operational living areas
Encourage participation in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school graduate or GED preferred
Minimum age of 16
Satisfactory completion of yearly competency testing
12 hours of continuing education annually
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry
