Position Summary: - Maria Parham Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our critical care team during night shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, recognizing and responding to changes promptly.
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and perform advanced interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Support patients and families with empathy and clear communication.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina (or compact state license).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (must be current).
