• Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radius
• No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI
• Contract length: 6 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
• Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs
• Shift start time: 5:30p
• Weekend: EVERY WEEKEND
• Holidays: As needed
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
