Required Qualifications
At least 90 days of experience in a Panera bakery-cafe
Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and train others
ServSafe certification or ability to pass
Background check clearance
At least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Certified in all positions on either service or production track
