OR RN (Core 3 & 4) – Day Shift
Shift: 3x12-hour days (07:00 – 19:30)
Duration: 13 weeks
What You’ll Do:
- Work as a well-rounded OR RN on Core 3 & 4: General, Plastic, GYN, ENT, Trauma, Neuro, Ortho, GU, Colorectal, and Robotics cases.
- Circulate or scrub as needed – experience in both preferred.
- Float within the hospital or to affiliated locations if needed.
- Respond to call shifts (6 shifts in a 6-week period, schedule can vary).
- Work 2 out of 3 major holidays during your assignment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years as an OR RN (first-time travelers welcome).
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS/PALS preferred. Must have IN license in hand.
- Trauma Experience: At least 1 year in Level 1 trauma experience.
- Well-rounded surgical experience (all areas except CV & Transplant).
Schedule & Staffing:
- 3x12-hour day shifts.
- Some call/holiday coverage required.
- Floating may be required.
