As a Healthcare Services Pharmacist at Walgreens, you will provide essential clinical services, enhance patient experience, and maintain compliance with regulations. You will play a pivotal role in transforming pharmacy interactions from transactional to interpersonal, all while serving diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities
Engages patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
Models and shares patient service best practices
Connects with patients by anticipating needs and proactively offering services
Provides clinical services to patients, such as immunizations or MTM interventions
Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies
Maintains current knowledge and required licensing/credentialing/certification
Required Qualifications
BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
